PRIVACY POLICY
a.) Personal Information Collected from Clients
The only information collected will be information provided by you to your clinician upon intake and in subsequent sessions. As I am a HIPPA complaint practice your information is always protected. You can learn more about my practice policies in your intake paperwork.
b.) Purpose for Collecting Personal Information
The only purpose for information that you share with your clinician is for the furthering of your treatment/therapy.
c.) Sharing of Customers Information
For legal purposes I must state that in any of our communications via telephone or text, no mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. All other categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties. As stated above, I strictly adhere to HIPPA compliant practices in terms of your information, and take your privacy very seriously.
